Yoga Society is a society which allows individuals to come and enjoy the practice of yoga - synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures, building strength and flexibility in the body and peace in the mind. The classes cater for all abilities from first-timers to more experienced yogis. Lead by our experienced and certified yoga teachers Rob Leadley and Mandie Lou. Yoga soc holds at least four classes a week - Ashtanga yoga for beginners, Ashtanga yoga for Improvers, Dynamic Balance for mixed abilities and a calmer Ananda Yoga class for all abilities.
