Re-Enactment Society

  • Groupsicon

Description

The Re-enactment society are a group of individuals with an interest in historical re-enactment, with a focus on the Dark Ages (Saxon and Viking) although others are possible and if we don't do a period it could be arranged with sufficient interest, or at least we can put people in contact with other groups. Re-enactment forms a large part of our activities, as our members can choose to participate in any area which interests them, whether it's fighting, costuming, camping, crafting, dancing or feasting! The group is primarily social, and we enjoy a range of activities, including combat training, and trips to displays, markets and battles.
