In our Pole Exercise sessions friendly and approachable instructors aim to teach people spins and inverts on a pole alongside floor work to help improve strength, balance and flexibility. It is a fun and relaxed option for those who want to broaden their sports horizons, and no prior knowledge of pole is required to join our sessions.
We have sessions on Thursdays and Saturdays in James Dining Hall.
Students can join up online by using the link below. You must be logged in using your university account.
