Pole Exercise Society (YUPE)

Pole excercise can be a great way to get fit if that's what you're looking for, but it's also a fun and unique way to challenge yourself, to learn some beautiful moves and crazy impressive tricks, and to become more body positive! Our classes are a friendly and inclusive environment where you can improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, and, most importantly, your confidence! You can start completely from scratch -- no prior experience with pole or a related activity is necessary -- or with years of practice under your belt. All are welcome at all classes; we teach to your individual ablity and pace. And, if you like having a tangible goal to work toward, you can get invloved in performances and competitions. Meeting Days, Times and Venue

Normal Classes (learn pole moves & comprehensive workout):

Thursdays 6-7pm in James Hall

Thursdays  7-8pm in James Hall

Saturdays 1:30-2:30pm in James Hall

Special Class (in which we explore different skills each week, such as flexibility, spinning pole, choreography, etc.):

Saturdays 2:30 - 3:30pm in James Hall

All levels are welcome at all sessions! No booking is necessary (unless informed oherwise).
