Pole Exercise Society (YUPE)

Pole exercise can be a great way to get fit if that's what you're looking for, but it's also a fun and unique way to challenge yourself, to learn some beautiful moves and crazy impressive tricks, and to become more body positive! Our classes are a friendly and inclusive environment where you can improve your strength, coordination, flexibility, and, most importantly, your confidence! You can start completely from scratch -- no prior experience with pole or a related activity is necessary -- or with years of practice under your belt. All are welcome at all classes; we teach to your individual ability and pace. And there are plenty of opportunities to get invloved in performances and competitions.
