Group Fitness Society
University of York Group Fitness Society caters for all levels of fitness so don't be afraid to come and try a class! If you feel you lack coordination, timing or are just starting out your fitness regime just keep bouncing and you'll get the hang of it soon enough!
As a fitness society we promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and see Aerobics as a great fun way to exercise and tone. Just make sure you get the right balance, and remember to eat energy promoting foods to ensure you have the bounce that we love to see in Aerobics!
Membership to the society is £7. For members each class is then just £1 or £2.50 for non-members

Mon - 5:15-5:45 (HIIT) or 6-7 (Toning) - JAMES HALL
Wed - 5:15 - 5:45 (HIIT) or 6 - 7 (Aerobics) - JAMES HALL
Fri - 4-5 (Boxercise), 5:15-5:45 (HIIT) or 6- 7 (Aerobics) - JAMES HALL
Sat - 6-7 (Toning) - JAMES HALL
We have regular socials and are a popular society which is getting bigger with every class!
