Location: James HallThe class will be one hour long. We will do a quick warm up then split the group in two. Half the class will learn beginners pole moves (or harder ones if you have some experience!) and half will do a workout, then the groups will switch. We will do a five minute cool down/stretch at the end. Students should preferably wear shorts (though if they prefer not to they will still be able to participate) and refrain from moisturizing 24 hours prior to the class. Any rings or bracelets will need to be removed.
