Elections - Timetable
Each term, different positions are elected in the Union. You can find out which positions you can stand for here and below is the timetable for the elections each term. Nominations and Voting are both conducted online through the YUSU website.
SPRING TERM 2012
Nominations Open: Monday 30th January, 12pm
Nominations Close: Thursday 9th February, 12pm
Candidate Briefings: Friday 10th February (Week 6), 6.30pm in L/047 or Saturday 11th February, 2pm in L/047 (attend one only)
Candidate Question Time: Thursday 16th February (Week 7), 6.30pm in L/N/028
Voting Open: Wednesday 22nd February, 12pm
Voting Closes: Thursday 1st March, 12pm
Results Party: Thursday 1st March, 7.30pm in The Courtyard and L/N028
SUMMER TERM 2012
Nominations Open: Monday 30th April, 12pm
Nominations Close: Monday 7th May, 12pm
Voting Open: Monday 14th May, 12pm
Voting Closes: Friday 18th May, 12pm
