The Volunteering Officer is responsible for the development of volunteering opportunities for the membership.

Main Responsibilities

• Call and chair meetings of the Volunteering Committee;
• Promote the opportunities that exist for members to participate in volunteering projects or events;
• Coordinate the development of new volunteering opportunities, in association with staff, ratified student groups and external parties, where appropriate;
• Support and oversee YUSU Volunteering projects and College volunteering activities, in conjunction with Union staff;
• To contribute to Student Development Assembly Committee.
