Campaigns

This term we ran a Love Your Body Campaign at Woodstock 08. We aimed to promote positive body image on campus and encourage people to focus on the the aspects of their bodies that they like rather than those they don't. We created a short film, a slideshow of photos of students' favourite body parts, handed out LoveHearts and created a collage of post-its upon which people had written what they like best about their bodies.

This term we have also begun our campaign to change to perception of Women's Committee and feminism on campus by designing T-shirts which we hope will encourage people to regard feminists as egalitarians and reject the typical outdated stereotype. We aim to continue this campaign throughout the year.
