What is trans all about?

If you want to know about trans issues, why not check out this briefing from the NUS? It's a couple of years old and aimed at Students' Union Welfare Officers rather than students more generally, but it's a good guide and contains a great 'Dictionary of Trans' that explains various terms surrounding trans issues.

Trans Rep

Technically, we currently do not have a Trans representative on the YUSU LGBT Committee. However, the 06-07 Trans rep was Aimee Gamble, until she became LGBT Officer (and thus had to leave the trans rep position), yet she still continues the role of the trans rep.
