Welfare
We’re out there campaigning to raise awareness, representing your interests and listening to any problems you may encounter in your university life.
We hold regular opportunities for you to tell us what issues are affecting you at the moment, and to give us feedback and ideas about welfare at York.
Look out for one of our informal sessions where we share ideas and have a bite to eat, or pop along to the welfare equality and diversity committee meetings.
Welfare reps from across campus and the university demographic meet to share ideas about how to improve welfare provision at York.
If you’re a student with a partner or family in York let us hear your views on how well you are supported at university and what you might like to change.
Your chance to have an informal chat with North Yorkshire Police to discuss any issues or concerns you may have on and around the university campus. Get advice on anything you want to know about and meet your local police officers.
