Crash Accommodation
All Lancaster visitors staying over on the Friday &/or Saturday night will be based in the Physics Exhibition Centre. (This will be portered 24 hours) Any Lancaster participants staying over on Thursday; accommodation will be provided in James Dining Hall for the night.
Luggage Storage
James Dining Hall is available all weekend to store any luggage; there will be a steward manning this room at all times. This room is accessible from 8.30am on Friday.
Please remove all belongings from the accommodation venue (Physics Exhibition Centre) to James Dining Hall before 10 am on the Sunday.
Toilets and shower facilities
Shower facilities are available at The Sports Centre and Pavilion changing rooms.
Toilets are located at, James College, Sports Centre, Pavilion and Physics Exhibition Centre.
Drop off points and parking
All team coaches can drop off at The Student Centre (James College) loading bay.
Parking is available at the Science Park, Innovation Way.
Library/Internet Access
The library is located across the bridge from Market Square and will be open:
Friday: 8am-midnight
Saturday and Sunday: 10am-midnight
