Doorsafe
YUSU employs and trains to SIA level about a dozen people each year, to then work as "Doorsafe" at Campus Events, including College, Society and Conference events throughout the year.
'Head' Doorsafe, are employees who are leading the team of Doorsafe recruits.
Doorsafe is a service area of YUSU that is managed by the Services and Finance Officer.
Doorsafe training is hard, but rewarding. We run a careful selection process before employing recruits to be trained to work at events. If you are interested in applying to be trained as Doorsafe then watch out for announcements via DailyInfo & YUSU News. You can also provide your details to the Events Co-Ordinator who can keep them on file ready for when applications open, which is Usually in the SPRING term.
