RAG
Involves more students than any sport club or society at the university and its activities span across campus, into the city, to other towns, and even abroad.
We are Helen and Zoe, your RAG officers, and we love to hear from you with anything you have to say or ask about RAG. Feel free to email anytime!
Your colleges have RAG teams. If you want to get more involved with them email rag*college*@yusu.org, e.g., ragderwent@yusu.org. Your colleges hold small-scale events such as bar quizzes, punch parties, valentine’s rose posts and even trips away!
If you are really enthusiastic, you can join the RAG committee by online election (join the mailing list for updates). Being a member of the RAG committee is great fun, very rewarding, sociable and also looks great on your CV. There are lots of different positions, and you don’t need any previous experience for them! Feel free to email us with any questions.
Lots going on in RAG, it's been a busy few weeks!

There you can find out about what events are going on when, so come along, bring your friends, and support RAG’s worthy causes.
If you would like to get involved or are just curious about what we do, come along to our meetings on Mondays in L/N/003 at 6:30pm. It’s very informal and everyone is welcome, not just undergrads.
We raise money in all sorts of weird, wonderful, and exciting ways! We do hitch-hikes, sky-dives, street collections, parties, parades, music festivals—there is literally something for everyone.
We also support one-off causes where we cannot support our core charities, such as street collections, places on the London Marathon and current one-off appeals such as in aid of Haiti relief or Red Nose Day.
