In week 9 (8th - 12th March), we're looking back at last year's award-winning Love Without Borders campaign and how LGBT rights have changed around the world since then.

Just a quick update on what we've been up to all this term, with details of History Month and our upcoming mini-campaign Love Without Borders.
LGBT History Month
LGBT History Month is a national campaign that runs annually through February, exploring the lives and achievements of LGBT people around the world and throughout history. Many of the stories we have found in preparing this are shocking and some upsetting, yet many of the stories we will tell are inspiring. Please come along and learn something new this February.

Officers
We run campaigns on LGBT issues and aim to fight homophobia, biphobia, transphobia and hetrosexism to help create a safe and inclusive environment in the university. We also look out for the welfare of LGBT students at York by holding drop-in sessions, providing information and support, and running welfare campaigns. We also have a huge quantity of sexual health supplies including condoms and lube to give out as well as safe sex info.
