Top tips to reduce exam stress!
- Organise your time (YUSU has revision planners for you!)
- Set realistic goals and aims
- Try and take regular breaks.
- Talk to friends, but don’t compare yourself to them.
- Eat regularly to keep your sugar levels stable so you can concentrate
- Try not to use caffeine as a crutch
- Consider cutting down your alcohol intake
