Dealing with other peoples exam stress

Some lucky people at university never have exams! Sometimes your friends and housemates will have exams when you don’t! So what can you do to help them?

 

  • Listen to their concerns
  • Give positive, gentle encouragement
  • Test them on areas they feel they are weak on
  • Ask them how they’re feeling rather than what they’ve done
  • Make them a cup of peppermint tea
  • You could make a dinner rota so your housemates can plan their revision better!
