Langbaurgh Week 7
Hey everyone,

I hope you all had a good time at Grimsby and enjoyed your first team enduro. I know I did!

This week we are going to the mighty Langbaurgh in Teeside. Its a big outdoor track which always promises to be really good fun!
For more information about the track and its whereabouts check out the link below:

http://www.teessidekarting.co.uk/

The event this week is an ironman, which consists of a 20 min practice/qualifying session followed by a 40 min race! All this for the small fee of £34!!!

We are expecting places to go quickly for this event as it is probably the most popular club event we run! For those of you that haven't been before you don't want to miss out on this track! If you don't get on this event we are going back to Teeside in Wk9 so don't worry.
If all this tantalising information has got you excited click on the link below to hopefully save yourself a place:

We'll be meeting at 1:20pm in the usual place by the Goodricke cash machine.

If you have any questions please e-mail or txt me.

Hope to see you all there! And at the elections/social on Thursday! Free beer, need I say more!

YUKC 10 Year Anniversary
Hi everyone

Can you believe it’s been 10 years since the founding of the karting club? And we felt what better way to mark such an achievement by bringing together all members, past and present, for a race at Langbaurgh, one of the best tracks for a bit of 'friendly' racing !

It would be great to see you all there and the plan is …

• Saturday 29th Novemeber
Ironman at Langbaurgh.
£40 each. Arrive at 2.30 for on track at 3.

If you would like to come along, and we hope you do, just click on the sign up link below:

After a day of racing we will continue the fun in York. Meeting at the big wetherspoons (Posterngate) at 8pm for some drinks, a 'unique' cake crafted by our own James Fox, and a chance to catch up with everyone! And then heading on into town, hitting a few of the old haunts before dancing the night away.

This is an early email as its going to be a very popular event, so make sure you sign up quickly and clear that Saturday for some fun :)

We really hope that you are able to make it, if not for the whole day then for some part of it, so we can make this the best celebration possible of a decade of the best club at York Univeristy!

See you all on the Saturday 29th of November.
