So what do we hope to achieve through this governance review process?

  • To ensure we have clarity about our vision, mission and values
  • To ensure we have efficient structures, policies and procedures
  • To create a clearly identifiable Trustee body with the right balance of skills and experiences so we are compliant with Charity Law.
  • To ensure that we manage and use resources to optimise potential
  • To ensure we are accountable in a way that is transparent and understandable
  • To ensure we are flexible enough to influence and adapt to change in the environment
