What do we hope to achieve through this process?
So what do we hope to achieve through this governance review process?
- To ensure we have clarity about our vision, mission and values
- To ensure we have efficient structures, policies and procedures
- To create a clearly identifiable Trustee body with the right balance of skills and experiences so we are compliant with Charity Law.
- To ensure that we manage and use resources to optimise potential
- To ensure we are accountable in a way that is transparent and understandable
- To ensure we are flexible enough to influence and adapt to change in the environment
