Timetable for Governance Reform
Week 1 - Organisational Review released and Governance website launched.
Week 2 - Consultation Process Begins
Consultation document distributed to Exec and Senate. Publicised for download in YUSU News and Daily Info.
Week 3 - Wednesday Open session on Organisational and Governance Review. G020 at 4.30pm. All welcome. Refreshments provided.
Focus groups to be announced.
Week 4 - Collate evidence and feedback. Begin process of drafting constitution.
Articles to be led by President, Anne-Marie Canning.
Schedules to be led by Rules Chair, Sam Bayley and Returning Officer, Matt Burton.
Week 5 - Exec and Senate presented with draft Constitution.
Constitution uploaded to website and comments and suggestions welcomed by online feedback form. Students able to come to a drop in session to talk about it.
Week 6 - Week of changes and alterations
Week 7 - Monday presented to Rules Committee
Week 8 - Goes to UGM Thursday (12th June)
Week 9 - Voting Week. You decide whether to adopt the new constitution.
