Feedback
When you get your Risk Assessment you’ll find a feedback form attached to this. We expect this to be handed in within seven days of your event. If we don't get it within fourteen you’ll find yourself with one less event the following term. These forms are VERY important.
After you've given us your feedback, including your financial data, we’ll send the forms over the University who will record their financial data. This is used by the Bars Manager and the Services and Finance Officer to check that both parties are making money consistently.
What happens if my event is not successful?
If you lose money then that is your problem to rectify. However, if the bar account is losing money on an event then that becomes a much bigger issue. Ents Committee has the power to take over and run aspects of organised events that are losing money over the bar.
If something has gone wrong with your event make sure you put it down on the form. If we believe the problem to be a one-off, you won't find it being brought up in Ents Committee. If it looks like a long-term issue, though, you might find that we want to discuss it, and maybe make some changes.
