Entertainments Committee

Entertainments Committee’s role is to:

a) co-ordinate the termly timetable of events
b) create policy relating to the organisation of events and the timetable
c) provide support for events providers

The membership of Entertainments Committee is as follows:

a) Entertainments Officer(s) (Chair)
b) Services and Finance Officer
c) Societies and Communications Officer
d) Six elected Entertainments Assistants
e) each Entertainments representative of the Junior or Graduate Common Room Committee with the greatest number of members in each college or their appointed representative
