Board of Studies Committee

Board of Studies Committee must meet at least twice a term and its role is to:
a) Act as a focus for academic issues
b) Share examples of good practice from departments
c) Act as a consultative committee for Union academic policy
d) Raise issues to be followed up by the relevant Union officer with the university
e) Work on the Alternative Prospectus
f) Conduct an election of Board of Studies representatives to Union Senate
Membership of the Board of Studies Committee consists of:
a) Academic and Welfare Officer (Chair)
b) President
c) Policy and Campaigns Officer
d) Societies & Communications Officer
e) One undergraduate Board of Studies representative from each academic department of the university
