Socialist Worker Students Society

Socialist Worker Student Society is a campaigning society dedicated to help building the global movements against corporate power, environmental destruction, racism, fascism and imperialist war. As revolutionary socialists we also aim to link up the various struggles of the oppressed and exploited and direct their collective power at the system of global capitalism itself. Singapore Society

The Singapore Society is a student-run society which aims to provide a 'home away from home' for all Singaporean students, as well as provide an insight into Singaporean culture for all those who are interested in Singapore.

Science Fiction and Fantasy Society

We are for anyone interested in the wide and varied genre of Science-Fiction and Fantasy. From literature and film to roleplay (both live action and tabletop) to card gaming, boardgames and wargaming. We have termly society meals and conventions and occasionally organise trips to the cinema, sites of interest, or maybe just fun days out.

Student Stop AIDS Society

York Student Stop AIDS Society are a group of students who want to do something about the HIV/AIDS pandemic by increasing awareness among young people and partaking in activities such as fundraising and campaigning. The society is part of the student branch of the national Stop AIDS Campaign.
