Hi, we’re Janey and Charlotte. We’ve both been involved with Women’s Committee since coming to York. We’re both very passionate about matters of equality, specifically gender equality, and feel it is necessary for us to actively campaign for gender liberation.
As Women’s Officers we are the first point of contact for students affected by gender related issues. In addition we also run gender rights campaigns regarding campus, national, and global affairs. Please feel free to contact us, be it for welfare reasons, or to join any of our exciting campaigns!
