Summer living - End of term Planner
What's on
Between societies, colleges, YUSU and the Uni there's a whole lot of events, competitions and activities to do alongside the things going on in your department in the last few weeks of term. Check out this calander, and the associated more detailed information pages at www.yusu.org/ents to find out what's going on - we've got plays, concerts, competitions, summer balls, festivals and more. There are a few bits we'd like to highlight to you though:
-
Picture York is our summer term art competition; whether you're truly gifted or just want to submit a few snaps of you and your friends your work could be displayed and you could win a £20 amazon voucher!
-
Employability Roadshow is going round the colleges in week 8 - check them out for CV checking, careers advice and guidance and general employability chat.
-
The YUSU Summer ball is open to everyone and has a great line up, including the Subways, NERO, Dionne Bromfield and Darwin Deez.
-
The ISA international film festival is showing films from across the world every Tuesday around campus.
- College Summer balls - colleges are celbrating the summer, make sure you don't miss out!
We hope you have a great last few weeks of term and are looking forward to a really exciting and productive summer - as always if you've got any queries, questions or worries just get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
