2010-11: Shout from Sabbs
The quiet York campus is lit by moonlight. The lake is still. The ducks are sleeping. It doesn’t seem right without all of you. But while some students are still working away on or around campus, most of you are enjoying the sunshine of far off lands or slowly getting bored back at home.
However we are still here, yes, your brand new and sparkling clean YUSU Sabbatical team; working away to ensure that the coming Freshers’ Week (and the year in general!) is the best York has ever seen (ambitious we know). Aside from the hours of training we're putting in to ensure we're capable of the task in hand, we're also forming, storming, norming and performing ideas that we can deliver.
Of course after our recent graduation (well 4 of us at least) were missing our leavers, but looking forward to welcoming the new intake of York students in October. Keep a lookout on our website, and the future freshers minisite for all the info on whats happening, and what were doing.
