Remember remember the 5th of November
Wednesday 5th November:
More cable tidying away, and the joiners are starting to construct a new ceiling for the venue. It's looking much tidier already and cables are no longer dangling all over, but contained up in the voids. The timber frame for the wall between the kitchen and the bar is up!
Thursday 6th November:
The radiator that was in the middle of the bar has been removed, so now it's a big open space. I got to wear my new hard hat :) We had meetings to discuss the audio visual equipment and finalised some of the items that will be installed. Now is the task of putting the companies in touch with the principal contractor, Heron Design, to work out how to get the cables routed, etc!
The server cupboard is slowly growing in size with all the equipment that's being placed in there: servers, amps, sky, routers and more! We had a little discussion about how we get more ventilation in there :)
