RAG this week!!
Phew! What a busy time for RAG! We have your weekend from Thursday through to Sunday sorted, so you won't have a dull moment! There are lots of things going on, so it is really easy to get involved in RAG and do your bit for charity in the Christmas season. Thursday - FUSION EVENT - RAG will be there!!
We invite you to "A Nutcracker Christmas". On Thursday 3rd December, fusion invites you to celebrate both the Christmas holidays and the fusion 2010 cast! Location: The Living Room, Dress code: "The Nutcracker" theme. Sign up for the guest list at Vanbrugh Stalls 12-2pm all next week. £3.50 for Fusion members/ £4.50 for non members/ £5.00 on door. There will be an amazing RAG raffle including a snowboard, Christmas stockings filled with gifts, £25 Kennedy's voucher, coffee and cake for two at Bluefly, luxury gift set from beautician "Pure", a free cut and blow dry at salon in the Shambles and a bottle of champage....among many other prizes! RAG will be there- and YOU better be too!
Friday - RAG SKYDIVE MEETING
Ever wanted to do a SKYDIVE? Now is your chance to fly without wings, and all in the name of charity. There will be a meeting this Friday at 6pm in Derwent bar to find out more, ask lots of questions and sign up! Saturday - RAID
We will be collecting in York city centre this Saturday for Marie Curie Cancer Care. Collecting is always bundles of fun, and a perfect excuse to dig out those Santa hats! The slots are only an hour and a half and the time flies by! If you would like to sign up to a slot, just email ragraids@yusu.org
Sunday - YORK COME DANCING!
This Sunday, Dancesport with RAG presents live, from central hall: This is York Come Dancing! This year, our 11 couples have had just 6 weeks to learn how to perform a ballroom or latin dance. They'll be aiming to impress our panel of judges and you, the voting audience, as you'll have the chance to decide who will be crowned York Come Dancing Champions 09/10. Catch all the drama and tension as it unfolds live, then vote for your favourite couple- with all the vote proceeds going straight to RAG.

Tickets are also available in Your Shop or we'll be around Vanbrugh holding our Flashdances on Thursday of this week. The event will help to raise money for RAG - we're hoping to beat last year's total of over £1000!
