Meetings
The Athletic Union holds many meetings. A brief explanation of their utility is listed below, as are minutes. For more information please contact the president.
AU Executive Committee
The Athletic Union Executive are elected by AU ordinary members and take office at the end of the Summer term. They work with the president in the general running of the AU. They deal with current issues and help with the day to day running. Exec meetings are held termly and exec are constitutionally bound to report to AUGMs.

AU General Meetings (AUGMs)
Athletic Union General Meetings (AUGMs) are usually held twice a term, and this is where the most important decisions are taken. Each club is required to send a representative to these meetings, and all AU members are welcome.
This is your AU and only by attending these meetings can you influence the direction of policy. By attending the AUGMs, this ensures that you are kept up to date with major events in the Athletic Union and votes on important issues, that may impact on you as a individual, or for your club as a whole.
Within these meetings it is also necessary to conduct elections on an annual basis for several of the Executive Committee positions.

College Sport Committee
The College Sport Committee, unsurprisingly, run the college sport programme. The AU Vice President chairs the meetings, which are held weekly. The AU President and College Sport Referees Coordinator as well as the college sport reps sit on this committee.
